  Just ate there last night August 27, 2016. This was the worst experience I've had in a long time at any restaurant! There were four of us that came to celebrate my amazing fiancé's birthday. Starting our dining experience was a very poorly trained server. This guy did not have it together at all. He seemed to not know what was going on at any time. He stopped us mid order to tell his he had to go grab a pen. Then he realized he was wearing it on his lanyard. I could have laughed that off had that been the only thing. We asked for staws twice... When we finally received them he handed us two. There were four of us! We brought that to his attention and he seemed shocked and replied "oh yea". We had to wait for a really long time to get drink refills. He told is three times that he would bring us a pitcher, which he never did. We sat there about an hour before we ever received our food. It was cold when it finally got to our table. My fiancé ordered a steak medium, it was well done. He was so irritated from waiting so long that he didn't want to wait again so he just ate the fries. I ordered chicken fettuccine with no tomatoes. There were tomatoes. It was also cold. And let me tell you, this was the absolute worst chicken I have ever eaten. I swear this chicken was processed meat that they put on the grill just to get grill marks. I couldn't eat it. The whole dish was very very bland anyway. I tried to pick through the noodles and eat something because I was hungry. The shrimp was also very tasteless, just void of any flavor. My soon to be mother in law received shrimp on top of her steak which was a mistake. She hates seafood and it left that flavor all over her steak, but again, none of us wanted to wait even longer. The price was WAY WAY over priced!! If they are going to charge prices that expensive then the food should at least be good. I am so so so disappointed. We had heard such good things from our friend that was also with us. He is a VERY regular client. He was extremely embarrassed. We went to the casino for about 20 minutes, but we were so hungry since we didn't get to eat that we left and went back to Dyersburg to Taco Bell. I will NEVER come back to that restaurant. I have been telling all of my friends and family how horrible everything was. I'm so disgusted and disappointed.
